Due to the meticulous preparation of Gaios products in our own office and in accordance with our hygiene policy, except for defective product delivery, we cannot accept returns after the order has been placed. However, we are happy to assist you in any exchanges or alterations that may be necessary.
Please contact us for exchange or alteration requests within the first 14 days. Requests made after this period will not be considered.
Please note that unless the reason for exchange is due to a defective product sent by Gaios, all shipping costs, as well as any overseas customs and other duties, are the responsibility of the sender.
