The Mediterranean coasts inspired the names of Marari bags. Each bag is named after a coast that meets the Mediterranean. Bogatell is a coast in Spain, and the word means “bagel.”
Belts passing through channels that gather the front body, adding texture, unravel and merge with Marari buckles on the front body. In accordance with the reflective feature of the logo, the buckles, which are divided into two parts, close, merge, and reinforce the collection’s detail-oriented design concept, which progresses from part to whole. The functional design that connects the ears to the body gives the model two different positions.
Marari artisans have masterfully expressed their passion and know-how in creating leather bags. A love of Turkish tradition, attention to detail and contemporary designs are the essence of our products.
Marari creates unique items using natural leather of the highest quality; therefore colour variations, marks or veins are all natural features that should not be considered blemishes.
To maintain and conserve your Marari item in its best condition, avoid prolonged and direct exposure to sources of light and heat.
We recommend storing the product in its original packaging.
Avoid contact with water, oils, perfumes or cosmetics. If your Marari item gets wet, remove any excess moisture without rubbing, dab with a soft cloth and let dry at room temperature.
Due to treatment processes, our leathers may cause slight colour transfer through friction, especially in humid environments.
Marari respects international standards of protection and conservation of the environment in all its products.

ABOUT THE BRAND
A legacy to daughters. Marari was born on June 9, 2023, from a deeply personal idea. Founder Evrim Cihangir Özen named the brand for her two daughters - Mar(e), the Latin equivalent of Deniz, and Arı, the Turkish word for honey bee and the equivalent of Melis. The name is a love letter made leather.
Working alongside creative directors Ayşenur Çavdar and Ozan Çetinkalp, Evrim built Marari around a belief in what a sustainable luxury handbag can be. Every bag is handcrafted in Turkey using the finest leathers and traditional Turkish craft - contemporary in design, rooted in centuries of leather knowledge.
The bee is the brand's animating spirit: industrious, purposeful, maintaining nature's balance through creative work. Marari bags carry this ethos visibly - in their meticulous construction, their Mediterranean softness, their effortless elegance.
